Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Grand Blanc, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Michigan run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

I’ve been to Taste of India twice. Once for dinner service and once for the lunch buffet. The restaurant is nice, new and very clean. I was greeted promptly and politely. For dinner, it was not busy and the staff were able to answer questions about the menu and describe dishes to us. My fiancé can’t handle spice and he enjoyed the butter chicken. I had the tandoori chicken and it was delicious. We even got a free side of rice. The lunch buffet was also amazing with lots of options both vegetarian and with meat. The food was warm, well seasoned, with mild and spicier options for every palate. They also had fresh fruit and cold food options as well. The prices were very reasonable and you can’t go wrong at Taste of India :)

Ok I know … in Grand Blanc ! Great hidden little Indian 💎! Mixed veg pakora, tikka chicken and butter chicken was so yummy 😋!!! The atmosphere was impressive! Came for an early dinner and was NOT disappointed! Can work on the garnish but the the overall texture, spice, taste was excellent!!! Right on!!!! The restaurant itself was SO clean 🧽 I would have ate off the table/chairs. Mouli was our server and he did great! The food came right out - immediately out - no lukewarm meals or appetizers here !! So gooooood !!! You need to visit if you like Indian food- authentic food!!! Tell them Amy sent you !!

Some of the best food I've ever had. No exaggeration. Everything my wife and i had was delicious. The cheese naan dipped in the butter chicken is quite possibly the best thing I've ever tasted.

Please go support this delicious Indian place! We have been looking for so long for a good spot to eat a hood Tikka masala curry and this place didnt disappoint. They are still new but their service was great and the food was amazing. We ordered freshly made Naan bread it melts in your mouth. The tikka massala was not as greasy as others we have tried, this one was genuinely light but with a perfect herb fresh balance, we ordered chinese-Indian noodles very mild and they were exquisite and a Lentil soup that gives you a warm welcome, so natural and fresh. We will def be back! The place is absolutely gorgeous so modern and beautiful. The Bar area is amazing! They have buffet everyday at 11am.

First time visiting and have to say I was impressed from when I first sat down until when we left. The restaurant has an upscale feeling with a beautiful bar and contemporary seating. The table settings are classy and include a silver carafe, blue knobby glasses, silver serving dishes and black napkins. All very nice touches. The wait staff is prompt and also offered suggestions on dishes. Our server was very accommodating and prompt. As soon as I was wearing my Malai Kofta on my brand new shirt, the wait staff brought me napkins and didn’t make me feel piggish. We ordered vegetable pakora, naan bread (1 was enough for two people), malai kofta, mushroom masala (which came with white rice) and two sodas. All of the food was phenomenal, spiced nicely and served beautifully. We left stuffed, satiated and completely satisfied. We will definitely be returning to try other dishes. I’m so happy we have an excellent Indian restaurant…finally…in our town. Bravo!
